Wrexbury Market, the Stock.
Wrexbury Market stock is obviously a mixted bag. BR western reigon steam and midland reigon steam, hand in hand with BR diesels of the period. An interloper in the form of a BR(E) reigon steam loco is seen with the fish train from the North East on occasion when there is no LMR motive power available at Chester to forward the train on to Wrexbury.
Certainly this should provide plenty of variety for both operators and viewers alike.

The first item of Motive Power has arrived...........
And here it is, a Class 121 'Bubble-car' DMU.
Although the box is marked up as a Class 122, this is in actual fact a model of a Class 121.
This will be finished in BR green with small yellow warning panels, grey roof with white cab roofs. It will be numbered as a 'W' to represent one of the Western Region units.
It will have full cab details, passenger seating and luggage compartment partitions. DCC is to be the order of the day, with directional marker lights, driving cab interior lights (again directional), passenger compartment lights, headcode box illumination as well as the destination box lit up at the top of the centre front window.
I will report progress as it happens up until the finished unit.
So keep looking in to see how far we've got......
